2/12 The fresh air of Country

Today I went to 六甲 with my classmates. We took train to Penny’s home which is in the country. When we arrived there, Penny already prepared pork, bacon, sprays, and vegetables for us to girll. There are a small river for farmer to irrigate. We were not a farmer, but we were a dabbler! We sat beside the river and played cards. Surely, we also ate the meat when we played cards. It was so interesting that I never have. Then we took picture with the country view and Penny’s grandfather. Certainly, I had ever live in 官田鄉 which is next to 六甲鄉 when I was a kid. Those country view made me recalled many things from my childhood and let me felt very comfortable. How nice today it was. I hope I can come back more often and enjoy the fresh air from the nature.

2/11 The Trip of Kaohsiung

I went to Kaohsiung with an old friend who I know her for 7 years. We planed this trip last month. That morning, I got up at 7 a.m., but our train arrived at 9 a.m. I was so excited that I got up too early. First, I visited Wenzao Ursuline College of Language (文藻外語學院). My friend is studying in its department of English. Their school like a small college, because they have a huge library for students to use. This building is larger than our school’s library. Besides, they also have the FamilyMart(全家便利商店) in school, but the most interesting thing is the FamilyMart sells this school’s schoolbag and notebook. In fact, I was a bit of disappointment that I didn’t study in this school because their complete equipment.
After visited Wenzao Ursuline College of Language, we went to ijin(旗津). This is the first time I went to a place by a ship. Then we ate some specialty seafood of ijin. The seafood tasted pretty delicious. When we were full up, it’s time to go home. Although we could’t see the setting sun in ijin , but we still had a great time.

Tips for Staying Healthy -draft1

With the standard of living moving up, staying health become a important topic to our life. Firstly, we should drink at least eight glasses of water a day, because the more water you drink the better your physical circulation will be. Additionally, go to bed before 11 p.m. It is good for our health and makes you feel energetic if you have enough sleep. Besides, taking exercise every week and walk by your feet instead of taking a elevator, because regularly exercise can control our weight and stature. Finally, we should always look the thing’s bright side and keep smiling on our face.
As a saying goes, being cheerful keeps you healthy; it is slow death to be bloomy all the time. Undoubtedly, if you can follow above-mentioned, you will be healthier than before.
